Located at the Old Key West resort, Olivia’s is a full service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Selections combine the flavors of the South (fried chicken, key lime pie, barbeque pork) with a Caribbean influence (conch chowder, fritters, stuffed shrimp) and service is friendly. Prices are moderate ($$), and there is often seating without a Priority Seating reservation.

OLP Review:

Coming to Olivia's Restaurant at the Old Key West resort is like coming to a reunion of longtime friends.

The walls are covered with pictures of DVC members (including our own Klick clan:),

and the seating is colorful and relaxed just like a large vacation house dining room would be

We started with a fresh mozzerella salad that was exquisite!

Our assortment of entrees included:

Fried Chicken (the house favorite)

Bacon Cheeseburger (Alan gave this burger a 7 on a scale of 10)

fresh Red Snapper (Marion says the fish was good, but the risotto underneath was divine!)

Vegetarian Pasta (Beth gives the pasta thumbs up for this one )

And, if are still hungry after these good sized helpings, there are several desserts from which to choose.

The chairs were comfy, the meal tasty (and moderately priced by Disney standards at approximately $20.00 per person total), and the company superb OLP rates this the BEST restaurant for gathering with DVC friends.

Im a recent convert to the love of crab cakes!!!

So I had to try Olivias.

Delicate flavor and a very nice lime sauce.

Yummy!!!

And I have it on good authority (a friend whose Mama is a grits expert..)

The grits are authentic and made with milk..NOT water!!

Weve eaten at Olivias many times, usually with a big group of friends. Olivias has a nice friendly atmosphere very conducive to family get togethers, you can even get your picture up on the wall along with hundreds of others! The food is good, down home eating with exceptional buttermilk chicken breast and the burgers and crab cakes aint bad either I am especially happy with their variety of fruit infused unsweetened iced teas, not something you can find just anywhere on property. Overall its a pleasant eatery serving good basic fare in a pleasant friendly environment with a minimum of bells and whistle.Read reviews by this author

we just got back(6/14/03). First time ever eating breakfast at Olivias, wonderful!!! Hubby had the eggs/bacon ,etc. I did the French toast... word to the wise as with all their other meals, come Hungry as the portions are large and they always have plenty of fresh coffee, a major plus in my book!!!Read reviews by this author

We love OKW and our DVC membership. The staff at Olivias is delightful. Any meal weve had was enjoyable. Buttermilk chicken..yum! Breakfast is excellent with all the usual choices and some special to the cafe..try sweet potato hash...very good. AND fresh brewed ice tea!Read reviews by this author
