Flying Fish is our favorite! 4/4/2006 by Mcmillanmom The décor is gorgeous. I don’t get mixing flying fish and merry-go-rounds, but somehow it works here. It’s like “Sex and the City” meets “Cirque du Soleil.” The service and the food here are beyond excellent. We try to always stop here once each trip. We were fans of chef

who went to the California Grill (another fav). Despite the staff changes, the food has remained top notch. While the prices are scarily high, the food and atmosphere are worth it. Joe, our wait person was engaging and endearing. A true professional. Despite the busy crowd and the din of the room, he managed to make sure our needs were met before we had them. I mentioned my nut allergy and voila, Chef, Jens Dahlmann(formerly of Le Cirque in NYC) actually came out to discuss my nut allergy and my gastronomic desires! The wine list is decent and the staff is quite knowledgeable. They can help you get the glass/bottle you would most enjoy. We have a small child and she loves going here too! She loves the atmosphere and the kinetic energy of the room. I’m a big foodie, so it takes a lot to get me gushing.Read reviews by this author Just Not My Cup of Tea 10/7/2005 by Ahnalira I know this restaurant gets rave reviews from many so it must just be me; >) I find the menu stretches my palate too far. Id like to see more options that are simpler and fewer that include a smoky flavor. All in all, I can manage to find enough to satisfy my humger at this restaurant, but I really have to search the menu to do so.Read reviews by this author Flying Fish- Two Thumbs Way Up! 10/9/2004 by Molly I have eaten at Flying Fish numerous times. My last visit was October 2004 and it, again, was fabulous. The restaurant decor is festive and very much alive (read, the restaurant can be noisy). The menu as a whole is wonderful. There are nice choices for kids, too.
Some of my favorite are the crab cakes, the potato encrusted grouper with leeks, and the chocolate souffle. If you like microbrews, this is a great place. I prefer martinis, and they have some wonderful and unique drinks. Cant wait to go back! Flying Fish makes it into my top two favorite Disney restaurants (accompanied with Jiko). Try it, youll be glad you did!Read reviews by this author Will love it!! 3/15/2004 by Leslie Inskipt My husband & I visited this restaurant in September 2003. It was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent & the food was spectacular. We are planning on going back again this September!Read reviews by this author Great place 5/4/2003 by Josephine We really like the Flying Fish restaurant. The combination of flavors in the dishes are amazing. I had the Tuna (sushi grade) over soba noodles, wonderful. Everything from appetizers to desserts were great. We plan on returning.
Dont be afraid to take your children here, they get a list of 9 items that they need to find in the restaurant along with the normal child menu offerings.Read reviews by this author Flying Fish 3/12/2003 by Jill Come here prepared for excellent service as well as excellent food. When our server found out my husband loved to watch cooking shows, he moved us to the show kitchen seats so we could watch our food being prepared and talk to the chef. Another advantage of this seating is that the chef will give you samples of different things to try! We were given oysters, and risotto, before we even go our meal! This is one restauraunt we will have a PS in everytime we visit WDW. Read reviews by this author
